About BA LLB:

BA LLB is a 5 years professional integrated law course, which can be pursued by students who aspire to become a lawyer, an advocate, a legal practitioner or simply want to make a career in law or judiciary.

BA LLB Syllabus includes core subjects from the field of humanities such as Political Science, Sociology, History and from Law such as Family Law, International Law, Constitutional Law.

Apart from these theory subjects practical training is also provided in the form of moot courts, case studies, research work and law internships which makes this course interactive and interesting for the students. 

About LLB(H):

The 3-year Bachelor of Law is a postgraduate program offered by various law institutes and universities in the country. The program targets various fields of law including labour law, criminal law, contractual law, family law, legal writing and many others.

In order to apply for this program, candidates have to complete their graduation. The 3-year LLB program is mandatory for those who want to practice law and also for the candidates who want to pursue LL.M or Masters of Law programs.

The course offers a broad understanding of constitutional law and it different sections to enable law aspirants in understanding the various case studies in the legal history of India. Classroom learning and internships are a part of the program to impart elaborate education.

Bachelor of Law (LLB) Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation (any discipline)

Minimum Marks Required (Aggregate): 45%

LLB Admission Process:

In order to secure admission in the 3-year LLB program, it is essential to complete graduation without any back and an overall aggregate of 45% marks.

All admissions to the 3-year LLB program are done on the basis of entrance exams.

A merit list is prepared on the basis of the scores in entrance exams and applicants are selected accordingly.

Some of the private universities also offer direct admission to the LLB program to candidates who have completed graduation.

About B.Ed. 

Many consider teaching to be one of the noblest professions in India. In order to enter into a teaching profession at the school level, it is necessary to have a B.Ed. course. The B.Ed. syllabus is designed to help the candidates not only gain knowledge about the different teaching methods but also gain the other soft skills such as counselling to understand the psyche of the students. The course also helps in development of a better academic system at the grassroot level.

Eligibility 

The eligibility criteria for B.Ed. admission 2021-22, varies slightly from universities to another. However, the overall criteria or the requirement remains the same. 

The candidates need to pass their graduation exam with a minimum of 50-55% overall marks from a recognized university. In the case of Bachelor of Technology or Post graduate students, the minimum marks obtained must be 55 %

The candidates belonging to the reserved categories such as SC/ST/PWD are allowed a relaxation of 5% in the overall marks obtained.

In particular, there is no specific age bar determined to pursue this course, but a few of the colleges ask for a minimum of 19 years of age for offering admission to this course.

And above all the candidates in most cases must qualify the entrance examination/selection process.

About B.Sc. Nursing 

BSc in Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course that focuses on providing detailed nursing to medical aspirants. Admission to BSc Nursing is provided through NEET which has been initiated by the Indian Government or several other university level entrance exams. BSc Nursing is provided through the MNS Nursing exam to offer admission in the Indian Army.

BSc Nursing Eligibility

For BSc Nursing Post Basic, the basic criteria are the same as BSc Nursing eligibility criteria. Apart from it, for BSc Nursing Post Basic, candidates need to acquire a General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) certificate and register her/himself from State Nurses Registration Council as Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM).

About Engineering

Direct Admission without Entrance

In most private engineering colleges, there is a chance of getting direct admission without an entrance test score. Such admissions will be treated as management quota admissions, and the B.Tech fee collected for management quota admissions is higher than entrance-based admissions.

Centralised Admission Process without Entrance

In some states, there is no entrance exam for B.Tech courses, and the admission is purely based on Class 12 merit. In such states, the centralized admission process is conducted for UG engineering admissions.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The B.Tech eligibility criteria is the same across the country, and the basic qualification required to join B.Tech course in India is as follows –

For pursuing B.Tech course, one must pass Class 12 in the Science stream. The students must have Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics as the subjects in Class 12. Students who have studied only these subjects in Class 12 are treated eligible for B.Tech admission.

In addition, students must score at least 50% of marks in Class 12 to be eligible for B.Tech admission in engineering colleges across the country. However, students belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST will have a relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum qualifying marks.

For some of the engineering streams like Biomedical Engineering, students must have studied Biology as one of the subjects in Class 12.
